Mend Flymo Quicksilver 46s Fuel Air Running

46s fuel delivery how do I fix this?

When I prime the mower seems to be all air and no fuel, if I am lucky enough to get it running it lasts maybe 10/15 seconds before cutting out then it may start 2 or 3 times before I am back to square 1, how do I solve this please.it is a flymo quicksilver 46s.
