Mend Mountfield SP470 Mower Running

Mountfield mower is hunting,what is the likely cause?

I have a mountfield SP470 mower (2003) It has recently started to hunt when running. I have checked the air filter (clean) and the carburator (clean). I'm guessing it may have a fuel supply fault or an air leak in the priming system? Help.
