Mend Magnavox 42" Help Plasma Working

Help! My TV won't stay on?

I have a 4 yr. old 42" Magnavox plasma TV that was working fine until last night. I turn it on I hear a clicking noise & then it turns off. I unplugged the power cord & waited for hours before plugging back in. No luck it still turns on , clicking noise then off it goes. What is my problem?
