Mend Babyliss Working Loose Connection

how do I get into my wife's Babylis heated rollers to mend the switch?

My wife's heated rollers switch is not working - I think there may be a loose connection but I can not get in to mend it because of the security screw they use - it looks like a two pronged 'pig nose' type - any suggestions?
