How do i increase my pressure which is 0 at the moment and I have no heat ?

How do i increase my pressure which is 0 at the moment and I have no heat upstairs nor no hot water throughout my house. I cannot seem to see the loop which i should turn on and off but could this be located elsewhere under my kitchen sinck? I have an old system Super 50/82 Firebird Boiler and hasnt been serviced the last 6 years as I was only renting the house

Just follow main supply to boiler there is filling loop connected to boiler flow pipe,on other way to fill up is connect hose pipe to drain out and fill up to 1.2 bar
