i have a rover 618?

why does my rover 618 keep blowing its main fuse

Rover Rover 618 Vehicles, Cars Blowing Main Fuse

must have a wire worn some where in loom going to earth .somtimes the electric cooling fan siezes up and when it turns on in traffic this can blow the fuse as it causes a big short.but somthing must take to much power to cause it to blow
