Tec Ma1400 - receipt side is running fine, but it won't cut. I have been using scissors when needed to give to customer. I looked at it, but it seemed like the razor part is still there but not lowering enough to slice the register tape. Is it supposed to be replaced or has it somehow lodged out of position?
