Most insulated glass in vinyl windows are replaced by removing the vinyl glazing strips around the edge of the glass. They can break easily so be gentle. Then cut between the glass and the frame with a razor knife and the glass will come loose. A glass company can order the replacement glass. It is factory made. A few glass companies make their own.
