Mend Kryptview A780 Fixed Worked Months

How can i get my kryptview a780 aspect ratio fixed?

It has worked fine for about 14 months with the 16:9 ratio and i could change it back to 4:3 easily through the menu but now it stays at 4:3 even when it says it is 16:9 on the menu and nothing i have tried like full resets will change it. Any suggestions pls
