Mend Peugeot 206 Brakes

how to fix peugeot 206 brakes?

i changed the beck axle along with all the brake pipes over axle its new rear shoes ,new front disks and pads i have bled them usin conventional ways and by using a gunsons eezibleed and the pedal is very spongy there is no obvious signs of any leaks or use brake fluid
