Mend Baxi 105 E Heating Central Sensor

baxi 105 e Hot Water neon on constantly,have changed sensor?

We changed the sensor but neon on hot water still illuminated, and the central heating will not come on.

the hot water flow switch must be stuck on. if its the one on left hand side of boiler at front of diverter valve the wiring harness will need changing
