A small hole has appeared in one of my radiators?

A small hole has appeared in one of my radiators and the only way to stop it spurting out water is to let the whole system run dry.

Can i turn of that one radiator so that it doesn,t fill up with water without affecting the others?

Yes, just turn of the offending radiator on both valves and you can use the heating as normal
