Mend Citroen C2 Power Steering Not Working

Speedo and power steering not working???

Hi, i have a 04 Citroen C2 and the speedometer, power steering and the mileometer are not working, anybody have any ideas on what the issue is and wether this is something i can fix myself or if its a garage job??

Any info wud be greatful

Speedo sensor into gearbox seized. Mechanic road tested - speedo ok, but power steering still not working. Switched off engine then restarted - all ok.

check the earth wires around battery gearbox area.try also tapping power steering pump as they sometimes stick
