Mend LG ADG955 Water Problem Working

Water intake / inlet valve problem ADG955?

Water intake problem ADG955 - water is not being taken in but the pump is working. Based on the manual I isolated the fault down to the F9 - Water intake valve / indicator signalling water inlet valve closed.
Cannot start the Active Test & the Start light Does NOT flash. Any hints what is the cause & fix. many thanks.
