Mend HP PSC 2110 Paper Jam Printer Repair

How can I fix my HP PSC 2110 non-existent paper jam?

My 2110 has been a terrific tool for many years. Now, though, it keeps telling me it has a paper jam. There is no jam. I've been told it probably needs a new roller or other part, but I can't find anyone who will look at it, and I don't know what part to order. Meanwhile, I've bought a new HP printer, but it is a piece of junk--always jamming. I want to fix my old warhorse. Anybody know how? Thank you!
