My Lamona LAM 8300 dishwasher switches on but doesn't do anything else?
I have just had a new Lamona dishwasher installed I can switch it on, choose the programme, press the start button, close the door then that is it.
How do I get this thing to work?
Hi Just fitted a new door switch but there is a connection which is white with a brown square bit
at the end where does this go ?

Another thought:- Try resetting the control unit or cancel program as it is sometimes called. Instructions should be in your user manual. Most dishwashers it requires holding the start button down for about 5 seconds then close door machine will drain out for 1 min then stop with E.C.U. processor back at its start position. Cheers

Getting back to basics maybe installer left water tap turned off when he finished. Machine is waiting to fill? Or squashed inlet hose? Most faults of new machines not working on first wash not fault of machine. Cheers
