get the lock repair kit from fords about 25 0r 30 pounds jack the car up take bottom cover off get totch and follow the cable from key lock to top of rad gable goes into white plastic cromet get a big mole grips grip the gomet swist back an fore and pull it is a pig to do if you get the kit of fords dont buy the bonnet catch youl get the idea how to do it took me 2 hours luck

If you are turning key to left then right and it is still not opening then sometimes the only way out is to drill out the lock assy and fit a new one which may be an expensive fix.Sometimes these need a fair bit of inward pressure to get them moving but wish you the best of luck.
