what does a telephone symbol mean on vailant boiler?

been away boiler working.when back,everything gone programmer etc.tried fuse but it blew,telephone number up,presume to ring but nothing in handbook.did smell slight burning smell but did not connect it to boiler as only nd boiler out later.what could it be
