Mend Falcon Water Flow Bathroom

ferioli falcon fault?

when hot water is used downstairs unable to get any upstairs(no flow at all from bathroom hot tap).
also the ignition switch keeps needing to be reset.
we had it serviced about 12 months ago ,never been right since.
can anyone help?

Should be at confused.com
No hot water up? No flow up? Well that would be why.
Ignition switch reset ?? About all they do on a service is dust out, check vent ok etc, check boiler functioning correctly. etc.etc. Nothing done on a service would cause hot water problems
