make and model number please!
if you see little or nothing and the screen is still dark with the brightness up then you could try adjusting the LOPTX screen control, but beware poking in the back of a tv without the experience is potentially lethal as there are voltages stored there after power is off. anyway post your model info and we'll take it from there....
