Mend Technosonic 1903 Stopped Working Version

how can i fix my technosonic 19" LCD t.v?

My Technosonic LCD 19" tv has just stopped working. It's a 1903 edittion similar to the 1908 version with the same problem of just switching off and the standby light flashing. Do you think the solluttions are the same?
