How do I fix the dashlight of VG Ford Transit ?

Could you please tell me how to fix / change dashlight on ford Transit VG ? Tried replacing light switch levers, Checked fuses, dismantled dash...no joy, have no owner manual, could you please advise of where I can download one for free ?
