How do I find out the age of my boiler?

boiler make & model
gas council number [if possible]
were you left any paperwork for the boiler?
specifically the installation & servicing manual
in it should be a section called BENCHMARK COMMISSIONING
whoever fitted the boiler legally MUST complete the benchmark section to commission the boiler
the installer would have entered the DATE the boiler was fitted as well
from this you can deduce the age of the boiler
im assuming you dont have the boiler book which is why your asking
