how can I get petrol to the carb on my Ryobi leaf blower ?

Used once from new , now the bubble won't fill with fuel Ryobi RBL30MVA

Check fuel filter, check loose pipes, check bubble for cracks holes etc, usually if not drawing fuel up, it is drawing air in.
