RYOBI Cultivator 410r Replacing fuel lines 32cc?

Just used Bladeslingers directions for replacing broken/missing fuel lines. Works Great! Thanks

Bladeslinger directions are right on target . Just remember that the fuel filter has a small WASHER that fits between the fuel filter and the INSIDE of the fuel tank .
IF the line has decayed and the fuel filter nipple has dislodged from the fuel tank then the washer also dislodged .
For me the easiest way was to pull the new fuel line up into the fuel tank and though the filler opening,then attach the washer to the bottom of the fuel filter and then slip the fuel line onto the nipple of the fuel filter and then PULL the fuel line back through the fuel tank while pushing on the top of the fuel filter until the nipple protrudes through the bottom of the fuel tank and then you have a SEALED connection

I just replaced my fuel lines and now the tiller won't start. There is no spark in the ignition. What should I do?

If your 410r uses the primer bulb that is separate from the carb (the older 3-line setup), and the carb is a Zama, then the 3 fuel lines should be routed as follows:

1) The main fuel line that connects to the filter inside the fuel tank, goes to the bottom of the carburetor (or the elbow shaped nipple).

2) The fuel intake line runs from the top of the carburetor (straight nipple) and goes to the short post on the back of the primer bulb.

3) The return line comes from the long post on the back of the primer bulb and goes into the bottom of the fuel tank.

The original colors were clear for (1) and (2), and blue for (3).
