thetford bench toilet?

First to establish the different toilets but waste holding tanks are the same.
Bench types.
Older caravans had the C2 with electric pump,
The C3 wast fitted to motorhomes and use electric non return valve and drew water from the inboard fresh water tank
The C4 has manual pump.
Blue chemical is for waste holding tank only and not for flush water.
PINK is for the flush water.
Someone has put the wrong fluid in the fresh water tank.
Now thing to look at is the level tube. open the door of the wast holding tank and on right, usually, in virtical position will be either a clear tube with rubber cap in to, this is showing water level and acts as a drain tube for winter draining or it will be a non clear folded soft pipe again with end cap on make sure the cap is in place and that is not where the water is leaking from and somehow making its way in to an soaking the floor.

click and select sanitation and it will show dwonload so select save.


Once its done then scroll down in to the blue area select manuals under the service lists then select toilets click on read more.

You will see Installation instructions and the first will be for the c2,3 & 4 being the same there you have it all both repair and installation.
Obviously read installation from finish to begining know how to release the toilet only if you are forced to so check with Thetford first.
