Mend Thermostat Heating Temperature

which thermostat goes where?

I have two components, one = 120C the other = 113C-118C (dryer is not heating up so have new thermostat-red dot) Which one is connected to the red wires, which one to the blue?

i will put blue on lower temp and red on higher,whats going to happen if wires is wrong you will see if you select low or high selector the temp wil be other way round that means when select high you may get low heat and vice versa
