Lexus IS 200, remote central locking?

Hi,
My 99 IS200 remotes have stopped working, as has the high level tail light. Not sure if these are linked but thinking they may be on the same fuse? If so, which fuse?

Or any other ideas?

Also if I open the doors with the key the alarm sound, how do I stop this?
