Mend Candy CDI 2012 Dishwasher Wont Wash

Candy Dishwasher CDI 2012 wont wash?

When I switch it on it starts to fill with water then stops and the wash arms spin once then stop, then again and stop and whatever programme I set it to the 3h light also kicks in. Help.
