Mend Fuse Blown Replaced

vclic keeps bowling the fuse ?

vlclic refused to start, then checked the battery and fuse. Fuse was blown so replaced. Started up OK and ran for about 30 secs then stopped again. Checked and fuse blown ! any ideas ?
