Have you replaced the faulty inlet valve?

the valve is in the closed position until the machine gives it a voltage signel,that's when the valve should open.

If water is entering the machine without starting it,then the valve is faulty,the valve should close and shut the water off automatically,when either the machine is in standby or the mains plug is pulled.

If you have fitted a new valve,

have you turned the water on?

are you certain the water valve is fully open?

have you reversed the wiring connection on the valve?

are you getting voltage through the wiring to the valve?
