Mend Beko Machine Cycle Matter

faulty beko washing machine!?

My beko a+a machine stops mid cycle, no matter what cycle setting it is on. Everything just goes off. You can still open the door but all the water is still in it and the washing hasn't washed properly! Please help. Thankyou in advance.

remove the filter bottom right.shine a torch in to the filter housing and using a screwdriver make sure the drain pump impeller flicks round and isn't jammed up.water will pour out if drum is full!
