How do i fill my Worcester 24Cdi combi boiler?

Turn the grey cap anticlockwise (when looking from below) and you'll hear the water flow/hiss, clockwise to retighten - it will just feel firm when retightening, not like a normal tap.
Regarding the comment if it goes to 2 bar, I noticed when filling, that my pressure gauge didn't move, then from .75 bar suddenly jumped to 2. This could be air compressing in the radiators or a slow gauge. But it's good at this point to bleed off air from the radiators - water should flow, not burble and hiss, when the tap is released. Keep it flowing if too much pressure is in the system, just sit a tall glass under the radiator plug to collect the flow. Don't let too much out or you'll dilute the additive.

what happens if it is over filled and its upto 2 on the pressure bar, how do you empty it?

look under the boiler there is a white coloured grill. pull it down from the front and remove it. towards the left hand side you will see a hole in a black plastic fitting that is next to a small grey tap. push the key up into the hole with the two lugs on the key parallel with the front of the boiler. when it is all the way in turn it 90 degress to lock it in position. turn the grey tap to let the water in and watch the pressure guage on the front. don't let it go over 1bar if possible. close the tap and remove the key. all done!
