Mend Triton Shower Water Noise

Triton Opal 2, grating noise, water escaping out of side casings?

Our Triton shower began making a grating sound for maybe a week. It then stopped water getting to the head and instead water was gushing from side casing.
Any ideas on this one??

its comming out from small out let call over pressure open casing unscrew from top two small screw make sure you donot loose it ,undo out let block it with small bubber cut out or mastic
