Mend Canon MP210 Not Printing

canon mp 210 black not printing?

When printing a document with just black ink the print is not legable very faint. I tried replacing the black ink but the results were the same. tried the deep cleaning option in the printers software but did not help. It appeares that the nozzels may be clogged is there a way to clean them?
