That's just the movement in the joints,
better quality laminate should have been fitted especially if its floating,
The thickness and the locking method are factors which sould have been incorporated prior to laying on a floating surface.
if you didn't choose the type of laminate fitted,then complain.
If you did choose because of budget,then you get what you pay for,.
