Mend Samsung ER5100 Problems 2nd Hand

ER5100 Samsung Cash register issues, how do I fix the problems below?

Hi, I have just bought a 2nd hand ER5100 and in the process of inputting preset prices on various keys and progressing well, But, I've noticed the no-sale key doesnt open drawer and 8 and 9 on keypad occasionally dont register, do I need to clear something?
