Mend Ferroli 701 Combi Boiler Heating

How can I fix my Ferroli 701? ?

I cannot relight my Ferroli 701 combi boiler. The fan isnt coming on when the tap is left running & therefore I cannot ignite the boiler. I have tried changing the fuse in the boilers mains socket, I have also checked the trip switches.

Any ideas?
