Mend Ferroli Optima 901 Hot Water Replace

The hot water sensor on ferroli Optima 901 keeps needing to be replaced?

I have had to replace the hot water and also heating sensor on our Ferroli Optima 901 combi boiler several times. The same problems keeps occuring. what is the reason the this and what is the fix? It is either the hot water or the heating, never both at the same time (yet!)

mine is the same,Its the sludge in the water,that corodes the thread on the censors,And it goes black like tar
