Mend Door Lock Central Locking Problem

one side loding door does not lock?

my dipatch van has one door that will not lock on central locking i have wd40 on the springs behind contacts and still one wont lock any help pls

Check the power supply to the door when the central locking is activated if the voltage is there then check the lock mechanism with a power probe to see if it is working or not
