softener in middle compartment does not flush into machine have cleaned compartments ?

Remove the drawer dispenser from the machine,

look up into the opaning on the machine and clean the conveyer,

you will notice a series of holes,

the holes usually get blocked with scum,use a stiff nylon brush,or something to unblock the holes.
