the threat from the needle and the bobbin does not connect?

changed the needle? do the following test to see if hook timing is correct.remove bobbin case to get clear view of needle point and hook point,use handwheel to lower needle and observe if hook point and needle eye is close together when needle is going upwards,hook point should be very close to or just above needle eye needle should also almost touch the hook point.also check condition of take up spring and tension on bobbincase and top tension
