Mend Europa Solarplus Brown Replacement Cooker Glass

where can I find a new door for my europa solarplus brown oven and where i?

I have look everywhere to find that serial number without success, the glass has come off the door as one of the seal doesn't hold it to the door anymore, I was told to get a whole new door but need the serial number which I can't find even though I have pulled out the whole unit out of the wall ! any help would be great in both regards , thanks
