Mend Ceramic Cooker Hob

Can you get replacement ceramic hobs?

I was lifting down a glass bottle from a shelf above my cooker, I droped it on the glass hob and the hob smashed. I really dont know what to do... Can it be fixed or do I have to buy a whole new cooker?
If it can be fixed, who would be the right person to call?
I dont even know were to start.

Hi Laura, you may be able to claim off your household policy,some of my customers do. The cost of a new hob glass is usually the same as a complete hob.If the insurance will not cover the damage, I would check new hob prices. All the best.
