Mend Airis DVD-player Fuse Broken Light

How can i fix my airis dvd-player?

Hi,

My dvd-player seems to have power (fuse not broken and there's voltage on the prints/circuits), but doesn't do anything. No on/off light, no spinning of player, no sounds and blinks what so ever.
What could be the problem?
