My hazard light switch on Renault Clio 03 seems to be broken?

My hazard lights wouldn't come on and the fuse seemed fine. I brought a new switch for £4.99 inc p&p off ebay and put it on myself. It's easy to do, the panel where the switch sits comes out easily if you just push a knife or something slim into the gap above the switch. Not where the switch sits, just above. Then you just unplug the switch from the wire fitting and pop in your new one.

Does anyone know how to change te switch? I've just ordered a replacement one for my Clio but can't get the old one out!

Hi there, my renault clio 52 reg had same problem last week, i took it to renault and all it needed was a new button as the other one was jammed! Was only £17.05 incl VAT and they fitted it there and then within 2 minutes and its working perfectly now!! Hope this helps!

I had exactly the same problem on my 2002 clio dynamique, i had to get a mechanic to look at it, and he changed the switch. but you might be able to change it yourself if you know how it all works. hope this helps
