Problem with NSM Galaxy?

I checked the keypad to make sure it was not switched around 180 degrees and it was not. I again looked at the keypad and the buttons 1,4,7 when pushed display numbers 3,6,9 (so if I press #1 it shows as a #3, press #4 it shows as a #6, press a #7 it shows as a #9) the numbers in the middle of the keypad 2,5,8 if pressed don't register at all, the clear button when pushed scrolls through like I hit the hits button.

I have also noticed that the bill acceptor is flashing a #3 (stacker full; not clear; push red sw to empty & cycle. I assume this button is located behind where you empty the cash from the bill collector, I have pushed that button but it still flashes #3.
