beko oven not working?

beko 2 yr old electric oven not working and no grill. have changed element but still the same. no light or fan working either. all fuses ok.

take back panel off and look for a safety stat on the oven cavity frame with 2 wires coming from it.this should be short circuit.Some models have 2 and both should be short circuit
