F14 fault on a glowworm 18si ?any help????

Sounds like it will need a new heat exchanger plate,.

Have you tried resetting the boiler?

It may run for a while before it shuts down,but it will give you some hot water when asked.

As for the replacement plate,I would strongly recommend you get a pro in.

Its a easy repair and the new plate isn't expensive,

get yourself three quotes for the repair,maybe a service aswell,
