Mend Vauxhall Omega 2.2 CD Circuit Gauge

dashboard lights have all gone out?

a wire near my radio touched the body work and shorted all my dashboard lights,speedo,fuel gauge and temp gauge, i changed fuse 15 speedo etc came back but no dash lights. on a vauxhall omega 2.2 cd year2002
